Meet Himanshu Sahu – Passionate about gaining practical experience in the field of DevOps
1. Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself?
Hello, my name is Himanshu Sahu, and I am thrilled to introduce myself to you. As a current intern at IAMOPS, I am passionate about gaining practical experience in the field of DevOps. I am originally from Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh, and completed my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Indore DAVV College. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual who is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems. I believe that as a dedicated and enthusiastic learner, make me a valuable asset to any team… I am excited about exploring opportunities to utilize my talents and continue learning and growing in the field of DevOps. As an MCA student and an intern at IAMOPS, I have the unique opportunity to combine my academic knowledge with hands-on experience in DevOps tools and technologies, which makes me a valuable asset for any organization. 2. How did you decide to pursue a career in DevOps?
High Demand: DevOps is a rapidly growing field with high demand for skilled professionals. And I’m happy to say that the internship with IAMOPS has been an incredible learning experience, giving me hands-on exposure to a wide range of DevOps tools and technologies, and helping me develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a valuable asset for IAMOPS in the future. Career Growth: There is a high demand for skilled DevOps professionals in the industry, with many opportunities for career growth and advancement in this rapidly growing field. Interest: If you have an interest in both software development and IT operations, DevOps could be a great career path for you. And I choose it.
3. What inspired you to apply for the Academy?
I was eager to apply for an internship at IAMOPS during my college years because I was passionate about pursuing a career in the cutting-edge field of DevOps and cloud computing. IAMOPS stood out to me as a leader in the industry, with a reputation for staying ahead of the curve when it comes to the latest trends and technologies. I was excited to be a part of a team that was constantly pushing the boundaries and finding new ways to innovate in this field. What really caught my attention was the company’s focus on mentorship and career development. I knew that I could learn a lot from the experienced professionals at IAMOPS, and I saw this as an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest DevOps tools and techniques. By being a part of the IAMOPS team, I could develop my skills and knowledge in a supportive environment and build a foundation for my future career in technology. Overall, I believe that my internship at IAMOPS has been an incredibly valuable experience that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I feel confident that the skills and knowledge I’ve gained will make me a valuable asset to any organization in the DevOps field.
4. Was it hard to balance between the academy and your everyday life?
Managing a full-time internship while also completing academic studies can be challenging, but I’ve learned to prioritize and manage my time effectively.I had to manage my time efficiently to ensure that I was able to complete all of my Academy tasks and projects while also attending to my other responsibilities and commitments outside of the Academy. This required discipline and good time management skills, but it also helped me develop these skills further.I also dedicated myself to learning and growing in my internship at IAMOPS. I am confident that The experience I gained at IAMOPS has been invaluable, and I believe it has prepared me well for future challenges in my career.
5. Did you manage to bond with the others from the Academy (students, mentor and tutors)?
The IAMOPS Academy program is an excellent way for new interns to gain the foundational knowledge they need to be successful in the company’s fast-paced work environment. I appreciate that IAMOPS places such a strong emphasis on learning the basics before diving into more complex technologies I was impressed by the quality of instruction and the range of topics covered in the academy. Overall, the academy program was a valuable experience that helped me build a solid foundation in the skills needed for my internship. I’m confident that the knowledge and practical experience gained through the academy will serve me well both at IAMOPS and in my future career.
